Our mission

We are team of doctors, scientists and engineers with background in medical technology, data science, behavioural design and consumer engagement. We are on a mission to extend human healthspan through better cardiovascular care.

Our name Lifeyear is inspired by the concept of quality-adjusted life years (QALY). It is a widely used metric in healthcare that expresses the additional number of years of life that a person lives as a result of receiving a medical treatment.
